Ingredients
2 oz Dead Parrot Silver Rum
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz seltzer water
Mint Leaves
Directions
Muddle 3 or 4 mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add Dead Parrot Silver Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and seltzer and gently stir ingredients together. Pour into a glass and add ice to fill. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
